• Minor variations in texture, tone, finish, measurements, weight, or sculptural details may occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.
• Jewelry, rings, necklaces, flowers, furniture, plants, and other styling props shown in product photography are not included unless expressly stated on the product page.

We may correct errors or update product information. If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation and a refund.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as inventory errors, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in our Return & Refund Policy .

Before sending any product back, contact service@dareluno.com so our customer support team can review the request and provide the applicable return instructions and approved destination.

Once an approved return is received, inspected, and accepted, we generally initiate the eligible refund within 5–10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.

We do not charge a restocking fee for an approved return.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as practical.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video where reasonably possible.

We recommend reporting these issues within 7 calendar days after delivery so we can investigate efficiently. This recommended reporting period does not reduce the 30-day return window or any non-waivable legal rights.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, replacement component, refund, return arrangement, or another appropriate remedy.

• Keep trays and decorative objects away from edges where they may fall.
• Handle sculptural details, surfaces, finishes, and bases carefully.
• Avoid excessive heat, prolonged moisture, harsh chemicals, and abrasive cleaning products unless specifically permitted by the product care instructions.
• Do not overload trays or use them to hold excessively heavy, unstable, hot, or unsuitable objects.
• Keep small removable components, packaging materials, and breakable decorative objects away from young children and pets where appropriate.

The Dareluno™ name, branding, website design, graphics, text, photographs, videos, illustrations, and other store content are owned by or licensed to us and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit protected store content without prior written authorization, except where applicable law permits such use.
